As a young man, my working career began with entry into the banking & finance industry where I stayed for 15 years – progressing from a clerk to lending and management roles.
After a career change, I entered the competitive area of automotive sales & marketing. With regular promotions I achieved the position of Dealer Principal. This saw me being responsible for the entire business operations with a staff of nearly 50 people. I enjoyed the challenge of building the dealership into a successful business operation, achieving and exceeding performance targets. These wins inspired a move back into the financial services industry and specifically, financial planning.
Fortunately, I was able to lean on my previous experience of 15 years in finance to be able to provide the best advice to my clients from the get go. I have always taken great pride in being successful at what I do. In my work I enjoy implementing detailed plans to suite every individual whether it’s a young family or an established business person.
My areas of specialisation include Superannuation and Risk protection delivered in a concise and understandable manner.
If you don’t see me at the office I’m likely to be on the golf course, at the football, out fishing – or you might even see me at a local theatre show! Many of the organisations that I spend my leisure time at I’m also usually a part of their volunteers or board of directors. I have volunteered my time and given back to community sports by way of coaching amateur AFL, while I’ve served time on the Executive Committees and Boards of the boating organisations I’m involved with.
