Tim has been in the Financial Services industry since 1999 and a Financial Adviser since 2002. He has completed the Diploma of Financial Planning and has a Bachelor of Business. Tim has a wide array of experience in numerous areas of financial planning and has developed a diverse network of contacts in both the UK and here in Australia that assist him to develop plans for even the most challenging financial situation.

Tim is also a member of the Association of Financial Advisers.

Paul Reilly

Director/Financial Adviser

Paul has come to Financial Framework with 14 years experience in the Financial Services industry. During that time he has provided holistic planning advice to a wide range of clients.

He has completed the Diploma of Financial Planning and is a member of the FPA.

His particular strengths revolve around clients with complex retirement planning needs. Superannuation, business succession, personal insurance, pre and post retirement advice and strategies to maximise Centrelink benefits all make up part of the increasingly complex landscape that Paul likes to call home.

Daniel Hewitt

Dan Hewitt

Director/Financial Adviser

Dan has completed a Diploma of Financial Planning and became an advisor after an extensive background in commerce, accounting, finance and law. He is both a qualified lawyer and accountant, and had spent the past ten (10) years in senior executive roles in ASX listed companies in agribusiness and resources including the past four as CEO. During this period he also completed a Graduated Diploma in Finance and Investment and became a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA).

Dan uses his broad financial skill set and experience to help clients, like owners of small to medium enterprises, structure their affairs to help them, and their businesses, move forward with confidence.

Brett Waldock

Brett has joined the Financial Framework team and is enjoying his return to the financial services industry. With his past work training Brett is able to offer his clients a very high level of professionalism combined with some good old fashioned customer service

Having completed his Diploma of Financial Planning, Brett specialises in Superannuation and Risk protection delivered in a concise and understandable manner.

Alex Luck

Alex graduated university with a double degree in commerce and economics with the career aspirations of being heavily involved in the financial sector. After starting out as a tax accountant with a medium sized business services advisory firm he transitioned into financial planning.

Drawing on his experiences, finance skills and passion for helping people achieve their financial goals he became part of the team at Financial Framework, a firm established to provide financial service at the highest level having seen the growing need for sound financial advice.

As a financial planner his key objectives are to derive strategies which lead to wealth creation, successful retirement planning and asset protection by making smart, well informed financial decisions for his clients.

Guy Saayman

Guy Saayman

Financial Adviser

Guy has been part of the Financial Services industry since 2000. He completed his Certificate IV (Financial Planning) in 2004 and Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Planning) in 2008. His background includes Funds Management, Financial Product Development, Wholesale Funding, Stockbroking, Insurance and Financial Planning.

He is involved in the Not For Profit Sector and is a board member of a charity based in South Africa. With a very broad base of experience, Guy has a very strong focus on people and effective solutions.

Guy is actively involved in his community and is a regular parent helper at his son's school. He regularly plays rugby and encourages youth sporting development.


Michelle Saxton

Financial Controller and Office Manager

Michelle joined the team as Financial Controller and Office Manager in July 2017. With 25 years experience in accounts and office management, the business operates smoothly under her influence.

Michelle's high degree of organisation, fluency in numbers and efficient benchmarks provide confidence in all administrative task holders.

Outside of office hours, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and two labradors (one gold and one chocolate brown) and has recently taken up photography.


Alison Murray

Executive Assistant to Directors

Alison has been in the finance industry for approx 20 years mainly in an Administrative capacity and has achieved a Certificate IV in Finance Broking and is in the process of completing Cert IV in Marketing and a Diploma in leadership and Management.


Caroline Majchrowicz

Client Liaison Officer

Caroline began her journey with Financial Framework while she was studying a Bachelor of Marketing and Communications. Since graduating, Caroline has been brought on full time.

Her day consists of assisting the team with administrative tasks, strategy implementation, completion and lodgement of client applications and all risk insurance tasks.


Madeline Reilly

Client Liaison Officer

Maddy has been with Financial Framework since June 2014. Since joining, Maddy has progressed from a basic admin/reception role to admin support, her main roles include producing the paperwork required to implement advice and tracking submitted work through to completion.

She has also taken on a training role, providing training to new administration staff upon joining our practice whilst simultaneously working towards completing her Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning.


Christine Ward

Claims Manager / Senior Client Liaison Officer

Christine joined the Financial Framework Team in January 2015. She brings with her over 20 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry, predominately in an administrative role.

As our Claims Manager, her knowledge and understanding of the claims process allows her to find the best solution for our clients, whilst gently walking them through, what can be a highly stressful process. Her aim is to alleviate as much stress as possible from our clients, allowing them time to focus on their recovery.

Christine also provides administrative support to Directors, Financial Planners and assists the team in administrative tasks.

Christine has completed Units 1-5 of her Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning.


Joanne Mehana

Receptionist / Client Liaison Officer

Joanne filled the Reception role at Financial Framework in April 2015, arriving with 10yrs experience in reception/administrative roles across a variety of industries. She has also gained her NZ National Certificates for Business & Computers and Accounting Principles.

She quickly progressed to form a core part of the Administration Support team which collects, prepares and consolidates all required documentation for client reviews.


Rebecca Di Carlo

Client Liaison Officer

Rebecca has been working in Financial Services industry since 2012. She joined Financial Framework as part of our office support team.

Her role includes assisting the team with administrative tasks, strategy implementation, completion and lodgement of client applications and all risk insurance tasks. Rebecca has also recently completed her Diploma in Financial Advice.

She has a long standing passion for playing on her local soccer team.


Glenn Hollows

Client Liaison Officer

Glenn joined the Financial Framework team in August 2016 as part of the office support team.

Having completed his Diploma in Financial Planning, he is now progressing towards an Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and enjoys the process of assisting clients securing their financial goals.

Outside of the office, Glenn enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and occupies the remainder of his spare time at his local cricket and golf club.

Chris Evans

Chris Evans

Marketing Manager

Chris's role as Marketing Manager focuses on maximising the client experience at Financial Framework.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and has spent time working as an accountant. He understands what clients do and don't understand and ensures that client communications are clear, engaging and valuable.
