Mateo joined Financial Framework in early 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Business Law). Since joining the business, he has built extensive experience across advice review, compliance, and regulatory oversight, developing a strong understanding of the frameworks that support quality advice and positive client outcomes.
Starting as an Advice Integrity Officer, Mateo transitioned into his current role in 2024, where he works closely with advisers and our AFSL to uphold professional standards and navigate an evolving regulatory environment.
Mateo is committed to fostering a culture of compliance, integrity, and continuous improvement across the financial advice profession.
Outside of work, Mateo enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is also an avid supporter of the West Coast Eagles and follows the English Premier League closely.
