Jo-Anne filled the Reception role at Financial Framework in April 2015. She came to us with 10 years experience in reception and administrative roles across a variety of industries. She has also gained her New Zealand National Certificates for Business and Computers and Accounting Principles.

Jo-Anne quickly became a vital part of the Financial Framework Customer Liaison team with her exceptional organisational skills and bubbly personality. As well as her reception duties, Jo-Anne has responsibility for pulling together all documentation required for client review meetings and processing documents to ensure we meet our compliance requirements.

When Jo-Anne is not at work, she's spending time with her family and can at times, be found enjoying Karaoke.
